Refund policy

SELLER warrants that the Equipment will be eligible for manufacturer's mechanical defect failure for 24 months from the date of receipt of unit.  Warranty on probes is 12 months from
date of receipt of unit and is for MANUFACTURE'S DEFECT ONLY. PROBES WILL RECEIVE NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR DURING THE NORMAL COURSE OF BUSINESS WHICH IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. ADDITONAL PROBES, IF NEEDED CAN BE PURCHASED FOR $200 EACH.

 

BUYER has 30 days to return the machine from the day of purchase and will receive a refund less actual shipping cost to BUYER and any training fees.   BUYER is also responsible for covering return shipping cost if BUYER returns the machine within the 30 days. BUYER must complete training within 10 days from the day the machine is delivered.  If training has already occurred, the seller shall be entitled to a $2800 training fee deducted from any returned monies .  UNIT MUST BE IN BRAND NEW UNDAMAGED, RESELLABLE CONDITION WITHOUT EXCEPTION TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN POLICY.  THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON ANY RETURNS.
